WHERE ARE YOU BASED, AND WHAT AREAS DO YOU COVER?

Ash-Lee Entertainment are based in Essex. We cover the whole of the country, however, please be aware that additional fees may be added, should your entertainer be travelling further afield.

WHEN DOES THE ENTERTAINER ARRIVE AT THE EVENT?

Your entertainer will arrive approximately 30/45 minutes prior to the party. This allows us enough time to set up all equipment, meet the birthday boy/girl, and familiarise with the space.

 
DO WE HAVE TO PAY A DEPOSIT?

Yes. Either payment or deposits are required at the time of booking. This will secure your booking.

 
HOW MUCH NOTICE DO YOU NEED, PRIOR TO BOOKING A PARTY?

Please complete our enquire form as soon as possible. We receive a high number of bookings months in advance. Please enquire asap to avoid disappointment.

IS THERE ANYTHING WE MUST ADVISE YOU ON?

Yes. You, the client, MUST notify us of any disabilities, special requirements, and/or allergies, that the children may have.

 
WHAT AGES ARE YOUR PARTIES SUITABLE FOR?

Ash-Lee Entertainment children's parties are best suited for both boys and girls aged between 3-10, however, we adjust to all ages.

 
HOW DO CANCELLATIONS WORK?

Should you need to cancel your booking, please let us know as soon as possible. Please note, deposits are non-refundable.

 
WHAT DO I NEED TO PROVIDE?

All we would need you to provide us with is a plug socket & Space for Games.

CAN WE TAKE PHOTOGRAPHS AND VIDEOS?

Yes, We always encourage photographs & videos to be taken during our parties. Should you give us permission, we would love to be able to share footage and images from the parties, on our social media pages.

 
DO YOU PROVIDE SPACES?

Unfortunately, we do not provide the party location itself, however, we maybe able to advice previously used spaces.

DO YOU PROVIDE MUSIC?

Yes, we bring our own Sound System with Music.

 
IS THERE A LIMIT TO THE AMOUNT OF CHILDREN PER PACKAGE?

Yes, we have a strict number of children per package, if you wish to add more we need to be notified which may require an additional entertainer.
